The purple box contains precise ingredients for seven rounds of purple wheat bread (or buns). You get 1 kg of purple wheat flour whole grain and 4 kg of wheat flour. Freshly ground and organic from Kragegården's own stone mill and own fields.
Follow the recipe for Øland's bread with sourdough from Rugkop here . Simply replace the island flour with the purple wheat flour.
