Subscription to Melkasser
What is a subscription? With a flour subscription, you get freshly ground, organic flour delivered to your front door/package shop every 4 weeks, or as often as suits your baking routine. For subscribers, the shipping price is advantageously low - DKK 50, and you can fill the flour box with flour, seeds and kernels up to 25kg, without the shipping price increasing. (20kg on delivery to the Parcelshop). We paint packages and send to our subscribers every Wednesday/Thursday so that it is delivered by the weekend.
Subscription requires login: In order to subscribe, you must log in to Rugkop's web store. This is where you can manage your subscription from now on: Choose extra flour, seeds, kernels and malt to come with each delivery. You can always change or opt out of your extra orders, pause or stop your subscription, change delivery frequency. Just do it before we grind and package your flour.
As a service, we always send you an email that "Your order is on its way" 5 days before, which reminds you that you can make changes. It doesn't get more flexible.
Automatic payment: When you create your subscription, you complete your purchase with a card payment, where we automatically deduct the payment for your future subscription. You will receive a receipt per email, every time an amount is deducted, which happens when we pack your goods.
We reserve the right to change prices, as prices from our suppliers may rise and fall.
No strings attached: There are no strings attached to Rugkop's flour subscription. You can stop the subscription, change the subscription, add/remove extra flour, grains and seeds at any time. It just happens before we grind and pack your flour. This is done via "My Account" (the human icon) or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . The changes are registered when you receive a confirmation from us per mail.
You are obliged to keep your profile and card information up to date. You can delete your card details and other information we have about you at any time via our website or by sending us an email at email@example.com .
There is no payment for your subscription, e.g. if the payment card expires, you will not receive your meal box until you have updated the information.
Delivery conditions: The flour boxes are delivered to your front door for DKK 50, and if you are not at home at the time of delivery, you give our delivery company permission to place the package in front of the front door (or elsewhere you note in the field "Add delivery instructions" during checkout). You are responsible for collecting the package yourself. We pack the flour boxes so that they can withstand normal rain.
Delivery to the Parcel Shop: If you do not want the milk box to be left unattended, you can choose for your subscription to be delivered to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop by writing "PAKKESHOP" in the note field "Add delivery instructions" during checkout . If you want a delivery to a specific GLS package shop, write it in the same note field.
Manage your subscription: If you have created an account in our online store, you can always log in and manage your subscription: Choose extra flour, seeds, kernels and malt to come with each delivery. Creation: You create an account under the menu item "My Account" (the human icon) or during checkout the first time you buy a subscription.
View order status: " My Account " gives you access to view your previous and upcoming shipments. If you want to skip one or more deliveries, you do so under the item " My subscription" select "Order" and "Skip delivery". If you want to stop your subscription, it is under " Manage" and " Cancel order" . You are also welcome to write your wishes via email to firstname.lastname@example.org . In that case, your order is only registered when you receive a confirmation email back.
Update account information: Address and payment card information must be updated under " My Account" and the item " Manage" .

Avoid the tow - take advantage of the fact that the freight is paid up to 25kg
You can add new products to your flour box within flour, kernels, seeds and malt by selecting the extra products in the webshop and clicking on Add to existing subscription (Requires you to be logged in) . You can deselect items or replace them with other items under " My account" and " My subscription", where you select the " Manage" tab.
You still only pay DKK 50 in shipping if you keep the total weight of the milk box within 25kg when delivered to your front door. (For deliveries to parcel shops, the maximum weight is 20 kg). If the weight is exceeded, there will be a freight surcharge.
The payment for the extras is automatically deducted together with the payment for the milk box on the payment card associated with the subscription.
