The Kamut box

The Kamut box contains precise ingredients for seven rounds of Kamut bread (or buns). You get 1 kg of Kamut flour whole grain and 4 kg of wheat flour. Freshly ground and organic from Kragegården's own stone mill and own fields.

Follow the recipe for Øland's bread with sourdough from RyeCup here . Simply replace the Øland flour with the Kamut flour.
