The special box

The special box contains five of our best and tastiest special flours. All whole grains ground on a stone grinder and of course organic. 1 kg Kamut flour, 1 kg spelt flour, 1 kg Øland flour, 1 kg Emmer flour and 1 kg Purple flour.

Follow the recipe for Øland's bread with sourdough from Rugkop here . Simply replace the Øland flour with the other specialty flours and taste the differences.
