The sourdough box contains 1 kg of spelled flour, 4 kg of Økomølleriet's freshly ground wheat flour and 4 kg of Økomølleriet's Wheat flour type XX. Use a 50-50 ratio in your sourdough breads so that you combine Ökomølleriet's tasty wheat flour with the fine sifted and baking-strength type XX, and get very successful breads. The spelled flour is used as wholemeal flour.
