All organic and freshly ground from Kragegården's stone mill. 1 kg rye flour, 1 kg broken rye kernels, 1 kg wheat flour, 200 g pumpkin seeds, 200 g sunflower seeds and 200 g linseed. (You must provide salt and syrup yourself). The gift box helps you get started with the first 3 bakings, and then you're good to go.
