The rye bread box - Rolled Rye contains all the ingredients for seven Ryecup rye breads.

You get 2kg rye flour, 2kg rolled rye kernels, 2kg wheat flour, 500g sunflower seeds, 500g linseed and 500g organic and freshly ground pumpkin seeds .
