The rye bread box - Dark malt is for those who want a dark rye bread with the classic malt flavor from the Danish rye bread. You simply add the Rugkop recipe 30g (3-4 tablespoons) dark malt when you mix the dough.

Rye bread box - Dark malt contains all ingredients for seven Rye Cup rye breads.

You get 2kg rye flour, 2kg cracked rye kernels, 2kg wheat flour, 500g sunflower seeds, 500g linseed, 500g pumpkin seeds and 200g dark malt, organic and freshly ground.
