Purple wheat is very aromatic with good baking properties.
The husk parts contain natural anthocyanins, which give bread baked from purple wheat a beautiful purple glow.
Good for hearty, juicy wholemeal bread. This type of wholemeal bread is best baked in a mold. The wholemeal flour is also suitable for mixing with lighter types of flour.
Our purple wheat flour is organic and biodynamic and ground on a stone mill, where all parts of the grain are retained.
