Food with Spruce - cookbook (in danish)

Food with fir is a cookbook that provides inspiration to bring the fir tree all the way into the kitchen and onto the plates. Many recipes, e.g. spruce syrup, spruce rye bread.

Good pictures and explanations for which fresh spruce shoots can be collected and eaten.

The book is written by the danish partner couple Julie Swane and Johanne Bjørndahl, who also organize gathering trips and teach cooking with wild, edible plants.
