Kamut flour, a fine whole grain flour, where 100% of the kernel is used. Kamut, also called giant durum, is an old wheat variety that is related to durum wheat. It was cultivated in ancient Egypt approx. 4,000 years BC. Kamut is rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. Kamut can be used for pasta, biscuits, cakes and bread. The flour is organic and is ground on stone mills.
