The most beautiful dough trays we have been able to find in Denmark. Hand-turned in black clay by ceramist Per Bo in the workshop in flyverbyen at Amager. The size is 3 litres, so it fits perfectly with Rugkop's rye bread recipe. Several colors, dishwasher safe. Craftsmanship - so all dishes are unique in shape and shades.
