Rye muffins from Rugkop's rye bread dough

Bake rye muffins (or rye bars) with dried fruit when you bake your Rugkop rye bread.

Remove a third of the rye bread dough. Add raisins, cranberries, coconut, nuts, dates or chocolate and bake in muffin tins for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees without rising. Then you have healthy snacks.

Rye muffins can be smart to make if you think a whole Rye Cup rye bread is too big. Then you can use a smaller rye bread form for the rye bread, and use a third of the dough for Rye Muffins.
