Kornby Mølle makes the finest wheat flour. Wheat flour No. 1 is wheat flour in a class of its own, slightly finer than our stone-ground flour and suitable for the airy wheat breads, but a bit coarser and with far more flavor than the regular wheat flour you find in the supermarket.
Flour from Kornby is not delivered freshly ground, like our other flour. Use 40%-80% Wheat flour No. 1 and let the rest be our freshly ground varieties, or grind yourself, for the best taste.
